چکیده

Estudos demonstraram que as variações periódicas na carga de treinamento força são mais eficientes para promover muscular em comparação a treinamentos não variam ao longo do tempo. Essa variação ocorre pela manipulação das variáveis um programa treinamento, como intensidade, volume, velocidade ações musculares e ordem dos exercícios.
